• /sellers.json, per the IAB Tech Lab sellers.json specification

How it identifies itself

RedFortressAdsTxtBot sends the User-Agent string above on every request, so its traffic can be identified in your logs. Requests are made at a low rate and spread across many domains.

Why we do this

Transparency files exist so that buyers can verify who is authorized to sell advertising inventory. Reading them at scale is how those declarations get checked, and how discrepancies between them come to light.
